   But comes with its own set of disadvantages.   
      - far from family and friends   
      - questionable healthcare availability   
      - for some of the more touted jurisdictions,   
        questionable legal systems   
      
   Generally, the easy way to avoid problems with CRA is to just   
   file and pay your taxes.  For all the noise from certain quarters,   
   Canadian taxes are not onerous.
