   This is a pervasive problem in government in general.  Far too much pay   
   and far too little to do leaves lots of over paid idle time.

   Alan, how about some reports on corruption.  Seems like a mayor, CEO or   
   other corrupt should be paying taxes on their ill gotten gains.  You   
   know, mayors, gov'mint employees, mafia, SNC and others.   
      
   Or are they too big for CRA to touch?  Back room lobby money and the   
   like?  RCMP/CSIS too inept to uncover it?  After all, RCMP did meet   
   Rizzuto at the airport not to arrest, but to protect him.

   Liberal-socialism is a great idea so long as the credit is good and   
   other people pay for it.  When the credit runs out and those that pay   
   for it leave, they can all share having nothing but debt and discontentment.
