This is the biggest loss of basic rights I have ever seen... I'm fighting a   
   speeding ticket from across the country and seizing this money is "an   
   admission of guilt"!... So my rights are violated because they won't release   
   my $4000 tax return to me    
   because of a $187 fine!!... So now I either have to pay it... Or fly to the   
   other side of the country to fight it!!.... It's a scam like no other brought   
   to you by Harper... I wasn't speeding and the cop even copied my plate   
   wrong!... It's against my    
   rights to seize my assets without a court of law finding me guilty...I am   
   guilty in ABSENCE right now... There's no admission of guilt till its   
   payed!!!!!
