   Just won my 3rd dispute with CRA in 10 years.  Score is 3:0.   
      
   But I couldn't get them to admit they screwed up big time.   
      
   Dumb CRA thinks you are illegal if you have offshore income you   
   declare....so funny.  I asked the adjuster if you will not give me   
   credits for foreign income taxes paid, can I then not declare the   
   foreign income?   
      
   They even messed up on Canadian homed accounts and excluded the T5 tax   
   credits for foreign taxes paid.   
      
   But I am sure I figure some CRA newbie idiot thought offshore is illegal   
   or something.  Its not illegal if you have filed the income and credits   
   properly like I did.   
      
   Best part of offshore?  Is that money didn't get devalued (1.00 / 0.90)   
   11% like other suckers investing in Canada for return rates below real   
   inflation+taxes.   
      
   My only regrets is not sending more into the USD and offshore.

   Socialist-statism corruption is a great idea so long as the credit is   
   good and other people pay for it. When the credit runs out and those   
   that pay for it leave, they can all share having nothing but   
   unemployment, debt and discontentment.
