From: Canuck57@nospam.com              No court, but I would if I had too.              Thing is I file legitimately, and their dumb idiots made a mistake and       disallowed all my foreign tax credits, including the ones with T5s on       Canadian banks.              I drove the message home with this comment. "If you disallow legitimate       foreign tax credits, does that mean I don't have to declare foreign       income on my T1?". She then got real looking at the sources of foreign       income declared and agreed, I didn't get that money free of taxes.              So I sent them copies of the taxes paid as they lost them, then got it       all settled. Even got a verbal apology trying to duck that they screwed       up (again).              She fell short of saying if you do offshore, you get targeted.              Stems from me moving money out of Canda for 4 years now to get better       returns. For each $100,000 I moved, its now worth (1.00 / 0.89) 12.36%       more in terms of CAD before gains and dividends with add huge to the       total gains.              See, like Carney and CPP, I knew when to get some money out of Canada to       avoid the cumulative depreciation inflations taxes for excessive       Ottawa/provincial ponzi fraud debt.              As Canda is a tax inflated depreciating economy of debt. We think a       2.9% GDP increase with 12.36% less value money is good news....how wrong       we are. But hey, CBC and other government puppet media likes turd       polishing.              I am seriously contemplating dissolving almost all my Canadian       investments as in terms of world currencies like USD, Yuan and others,       Canada is losing value fast. Like Bombardier, Kellogg, Caterpillar,       Heinz and others, they can't pass on the costs 12.36% more to customers       for materials, engines, parts, tomatoes...so they lay people off.              People with less value money (currency depreciation/inflation), with       more taxes, with hidden tax inflation on prices are going to spend less       on each others jobs.              But so much BS on CBC (Canadian Brainwashing Canadians), CTV, Global and       even Macleans seems to tow the Ottawa PR BS line. Most don't know the       economic screwing they are getting.              Inflation taxes for the last year are 12.36% on all CAD fiat money,       pensions, CPP, wages, incomes, a cumulative inflation tax and no one is       discussing the reality and negative impacts coming.              On 02/03/2014 3:27 PM, root wrote:       >       > I take it you guys did not go to court, right?       >       > Canuck57 wrote:       >>       >> Just won my 3rd dispute with CRA in 10 years. When the credit runs out and those       that pay for it leave, they can all share having nothing but       unemployment, debt and discontentment.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
