   I will note that locally The Harper government changes resulted in   
   a notice that the CRA office was NOT there to help individuals.   
   Only businesses can talk to them.   
   The rest of us are supposed to consult the web site that does not   
   have answers, or sit/stand on telephone wait for the few remaining   
   people that will answer the phone.  Unfortunately, the Conservatives   
   seems to have laid off those that actually were helpful.
