   I got my Tax Collectors Bible from you a while back and went completely   
   through     
   it. Great stuff. CRA has falsely charged many of us with (alleged) gross   
   negligence penalties and I found where they lied. However I require more info   
   from TOM 19(15)5.2(1)(Tax Operating Manual).    
   Specifically pertaining to "calculation of the amounts to be entered in these   
   field must be based on the income subject to penalty".  I believe under TOM   
   19(15)3.8. We did a 'review for expenses' & they turned it into a submission   
   of income. All lies. I    
   can't seem to find more info on this.  Can you help? My hearing is next week.
