    He could have simply said the shooting is fake. When he started   
   plastering the pictures & names of the victims and parents calling them   
   crisis actors that is defamation.   
      
   It was no different then falsely claiming that a person is a pedophile and   
   posting their name and picture in his broadcasts.   
      
      
   He went over the line and the jury found him civilly liable.   
      
   He can still earn a living, but he has to pay his debts just like all of
