Thrust variations       can be nasty but some scenarios involved the thing failing "energically",       with initial shrapnel getting into the engine, and more shrapnel peppering       the aircrew as they eject. Think dropping a dod at Mach 2.       -----------------------------       Do you know specifics? I read accident reports, partly to learn how to       investigate problems.       https://www.airandspaceforces.com/PDF/AircraftAccidentReports/Do       uments/2017/040517_F16_Andrews.pdf              Or in the Titanic's case, how not to.              --- SoupGate-DOS v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
