   I have no idea who is going to be the "chosen one" but Andrew Cuomo, former   
   governor of NYS is making noise about running.   
   Aside from his really poor COVID decisions and attempting to cover up the real   
   numbers so he could write a book, he wasn't *that bad* as governor. Especially   
   compared to Hochul who is the worst governor in 30 years.
