   Competition, efficiency, accountability, innovation, profit.   
      
   I just listed almost $80 billion in loses in a short 12 years. What   
   makes you think leaving it in the hands of government will make it   
   better? Or do you adhere to the philosophy of doing the same thing over   
   and over again, yet expecting a different result? Clearly, throwing   
   money at the problem isn't a solution. So, wht is? Privatization.
