   I like the angle that Clinton pushed Trump to the forefront of attention   
   because her advisors believed he was the only candidate she was sure to   
   beat. I've heard verbal evidence that Dems were asked to register Republican   
   in open primaries to poison them. Trump claimed some 11 million examples.   
   The Dems were then outraged that their dirty trick had backfired against   
   them and tried to overturn the election with false accusations and
