   No it wasn't.  Reagan's message was apropos in the 30s I mean the 80s,   
   but it's not a relevant message anymore. China is nothing like it was   
   back then. We can explore this deeper. If you want you can ask me how   
   Reagan's experience was ifferent or why Trump truly believes (as o I)   
   that tariffs are the tool for the time.
