   They didn't just "err" in "granting" CDL's to illegal invaders, the   
   local DMV's probably had affirmatively hired invaders to give the CDL   
   tests and accept bribes, Third World corruption style, to hand out those   
   CDL's.  Once legal status is overlooked, rules get bent or ignored to   
   line the pockets of low paid but easily corruptible DMV employees and,   
   before you know it, American citizen truck drivers are replaced by   
   foreign invader truck drivers.
