I hope all here either were not hit too hard by Hurricane Sandy (or should I
say, "post-tropical cyclone" Sandy).. or are recovering somewhat if you were
hit directly.

Hey XX, all ok over there?

As I've been reading heroic stories of rescues in places like Hoboken,
Atlantic City's boardwalk, Long Island, and more and more, I started wondering
about the many animals affected by this storm.  Give the size of the storm, I
expect it was especially rough on the animals this time.
