Eh, the highlight of his day is ensuring his food bowl doesn't have a small
hole in the middle of the food because that would signify his bowl is empty. :)

It's 10:13 PM and I took a six-block radius walk with no sign of Tigger.

I put his bowl out there.  It's not been touched.

I do also especially since this was completly avoidable but alas, I wasn't
home to think about putting Tigger in the bedroom when an outside door is
having to be left open.
