Missy can see through the gaps between the cedar fencing, but prefers the
birds eye view for some reason. She often jumps on the fence and gains a
quick view while bouncing backwards.

Could be. Missy is too, and doesn't allow her masters to order her around
much. She sometimes forgets or is too excited to remember no kisses. When
our friend Andru brings his three 'ankle biters' over for a romp on the
playground, she gets too far out of hand and forgets that 'walking' in the
house is the norm, while jumping up and down with excitement over seeing
her 'pals' is for outside...
