Not here in BC. It's very hard to evict someone even with just cause. The
only time it is easy to evict if if folks don't pay the rent. Even then you
can't evict without a hearing and that will take a couple weeks in the best
case. Once you have your papers you still have to get folks off your property
if they don't go on their own. I once had to hire a private cop to evict a
group of drugies who weren't even my renters, they were left behind when my
renter got tangled up with the law in Alberta.
I don't miss property management. :)

It might, here in BC if you take over management of a property wygiwys.
