Pets don't come into in here. If you buy a property you have an option to
give a three month notice to any tenants to move out. You can't do that and
then rent it out to someone else. It can only be for you or a close relative.
If you give someone notice you can't just rent it out agian to a different
tenant.

I never cared about pets myself, as long as the renter knew what his
rsposibilites were.
