Ouch...

Over the years we've had a few kitties that cost a fortune in vet bills.. one
was attacked by a rabid squirrel.. our cat won the fight though but had to
have his jaw wired and extensive surgery... that was an expensive event!  but
we survived and so did the cat.. he lived a long time after that, to about 17
years IIRC.

Know what you mean... sometimes I get the feeling that say someone's family
involved in the insurance company or what ever is being reviewed is making all
the positive comments :)
