Sounds like a young one. My remaining 2 cats are 15 and 14 yrs old.  I don't
recall seeing them EVER run for anything except maybe to escape a predator.

 The price for that wheel is insane. But I'd bet there are sufficient people
out there who would gladly pay that insane price.
