I have not in a very long time. As a rock-climber I would have  
sometimes experienced being a little overwhelmed when I realize  
that I am hundreds of feet off the ground and just hanging from  
my hands. At other times it would only occur if I shot up from  
the bed and onto my feet quickly - but I don't do that anymore.
