Mine (Series 5) has a heart rate monitor, ECG, step counting. Newer versions also have blood oxygen sensors as well. They also have "Fall Detection" so if you fall & pass out it can automatically call emergency services. It can also warn you if you're around loud noises too long which could damage hearing. There also mindfulness reminders and of course the sleep tracking. On top of that, I have my debit & credit card on my watch so I can just tap that to pay for things. All-in-all a pretty handy device. Jay ...
