But it was remembered poorly; they spoke of it as in the past  
tense. Fidonet not might be the bustling network that it used  
to be, but does Fidonet still need to be referred to in the  
past tense all the time?  They didn't shed any knowledgable  
light that a modicum of it still exists and is supported by  
many BBSes.

Anyone discussing Fidonet shouldn't be referring to it in the  
past tense and should provide the resources to identify  
operating BBSes, the tools required for either a sysop or a  
user, etc.
