It will only read from one config file. So if you wnated to have different
retention days or even a different location for the backup (Say off
site), then you need to have two config files in a directory and then copy
them to the /etc dir before starting the backup process.

I don't use the gui for this, so it's all in a script that gets run from cron
on the host.
