Not wanting cat5 for the phone, in my earlier searches I saw a photo of a
Bluetooth dongle that had a hole in it for a cat5 plug 

The first time I heard about Bluetooth was when I was in line at store and the
person behind me was talking a lot and when I asked who they were talking to I
learned they had a earpiece with a mike that used Bluetooth to talk over their
cellphone.
