I have never heard of anyone connecting an external BT adaptor  
to a router port, and expect BT connectivity that way. I can't  
find such a device either.

Just get a BT adaptor for the pc, and establish a direct  
connection to the phone that way. But, maybe special drivers  
would be needed for XP support.  Do your research.  Good luck.
