During last winter's storms, I went through an extended period at my
house without power. realitycheckBBS was running in Windows 10 on a
laptop, so I brought the whole thing with me to a Starbucks, logged into
their wifi, crashed my uplinks, then crashed all of my downlinks.

It doesn't get more mobile than taking the whole BBS with you.   :)
