Hello All,

I finally figured out how to correctly set *nix file permissions from within 
Free Pascal so QOTD and TMO's "index.dat" files can be written with the 
correct permissions (on my system anyway, LOL).

I now have working binaries for FreeBSD, OS/2, and Win32.  I have to try 
things in DOS.  I have to set up a Linux VM so I can compile Linux binaries.

There's still a few minor things I need to fix in my code before I feel 
comfortable to ask for testers plus I need to write updated install/usage docs 
as *nix users have a few extra steps to go through.

As of right now, all of my current BBS doors compile.  Whether or not they 
actually work is another story.   But not too bad for an old dog trying to 
learn new tricks.
