I have fixed the links on my Cheepware page and you should be able to
download both the DOS and Windows versions of TinyTIC.  If there are
issues, you can also get them via anonymous FTP at bbs.outpostbbs.net in
/cheepware.  tt0053dd.zip is the 16-bit DOS version and tt0053w.zip is
the Windows version.
