And.. you will be able to run longer on battery power. The best I can get with my 3rd-party replacement battery for my T60 is 3.5 hours. :( So, a SDD has many added bonuses for sure! But I just realized that if I were to switch to SDD, I might run into a snag since my 235gb hdd came partitioned like so: C=35gb H=200gb How would I be able to reconstitute my existing setup to a larger SDD while still retaining the content on C and H? C and H partitioning was not my choice. The laptop was 2nd hand and arrived that way. --- Thunderbird 2.0.0.24 (Windows/20100228) * Origin: - nntp://rbb.fidonet.fi - Lake Ylo - Finland - (2:221/360) SEEN-BY: 1/123 15/2 18/200 19/10 203/0 221/0 1 6 242 360 226/16 227/114 SEEN-BY: 229/354 426 452 728 981 1014 230/0 240/5832 249/206 317 280/5003 SEEN-BY: 317/3 320/219 322/757 342/200 633/0 267 280 281 408 410 412 SEEN-BY: 640/1321 1384 712/620 848 886 770/1 PATH: 221/360 1 640/1384 712/848 633/280 229/426 |
