Welcome back to BBSing. Hope you find it as enjoyable as you did back then. The first machine I called a BBS on was a 8088 XT clone with a 2400 baud modem that was usually more reliable at 1200. That was also the first machine I ever hosted a BBS on. I still have that BBS online, but it is no longer on the XT. Before that, I had (still do) a TI 99 4A. It never had a modem. :) Mike * SLMR 2.1a * If it's Tourist Season, howcum we can't shoot 'em, Pa? --- SBBSecho 3.10-Linux * Origin: capitolcityonline.net * Telnet/SSH:2022/HTTP (1:2320/105) SEEN-BY: 1/123 14/5 15/0 18/200 19/36 34/999 90/1 106/201 116/18 120/331 SEEN-BY: 123/140 128/2 153/7715 218/700 222/2 226/16 227/114 229/426 SEEN-BY: 229/452 981 1014 230/150 152 240/1120 5832 249/1 206 317 SEEN-BY: 249/400 250/1 261/38 100 266/512 267/155 275/100 282/1031 SEEN-BY: 282/1056 291/1 111 317/3 320/119 219 322/757 340/400 342/13 SEEN-BY: 342/200 396/45 633/0 267 280 281 408 410 412 640/1321 1384 SEEN-BY: 712/620 848 770/1 801/161 189 2320/105 3634/12 5020/1042 SEEN-BY: 5053/58 PATH: 2320/105 261/38 712/848 633/280 229/426 |
