We have no such thing as a government ban. It's just that some dumb officials 
try too hard to show their loyalty.

Some blockages do exist, but these are drug sites and other child pornography.

Yes. The language barrier makes one speak in simple sentences and sometimes 
because of this the subtle meaning of what is said is lost. I'm not even 
talking about the difficulty of understanding ideomatisms. (It's raining cats 
and dogs). :)
