I collected about 65 apples (10kg) from one lone apple tree on my property.
Made my 1st batch of apple sauce in a slow cooker.  Very easy.   The recipe
called for 10 apples, but I used 14.  Results = very good.  It will be great
with pork chops or chicken, or occasionally on a gluten-free bread.  Next, I
have more coring and peeling to do.
