Live yes.. but try not to die young like a rock star would.

I found out that my body can't tolerate too much potassium. Three bananas per
day would tip me over the scale in addition to my usual foods. I would develop
muscle and joint pain on about the 3rd day. But my mainly plant-based low carb
high fat approach is working very well.
