  I saw a video with Leroy Van Dyke (who did "The Auctioneer nearly
60 years ago (he is an actual auctioneer, as is his brother, IIRC)...
and the conversation was where this woman wondered how he kept looking
so young. He sarcastically quipped "My wife puts formaldehyde in my coffee 
each morning"...then admonished the questioner to "not do that". 

 AA> I know someone who gets an allergic reaction to coffee, (throat swells,
 AA> heart races, face turns red) and she still will have a coffee.

  I never acquired a taste for it.
