A short while ago I shared a video somewhere in the BBS world featuring my
brother, who is a big supporter of Locally Owned Area Businesses in his area

As an update on his endeavors, a couple of days ago he posted a story about a
local owned independent donut shop that was struggling, and encouraged people
to patrinize them over the weekend.  Friday, the shop was sold out in 6 hours.


That's something positive I see that can hapoen with social media.

Even with the struggles he is having during the ongoing restrictions due to
covid, he's highlighting fellow businesses to promote them as well.
