You should have sent a FidoNet netmail to your prospective NC (shown as 
a "Host" in the FidoNet nodelist).  Usually the one closest to you 
geographically.

Do you have a FidoNet nodelist?  Do you have the mailer/tosser set up on 
your BBS and just need to finalize the node number?
