The police determined that the lady did nothing wrong. They were
there and you were not.
According to Florida law as long as she felt an imminent threat she
was within her rights to threaten and possibly use force.
A car load of young punks pulling in front of you and hitting their
brakes after harassing you would be considered an imminent threat if
you were a little old lady driving alone.
There are plenty of cases all over the country where pepetrators
initiated a "fender bender" and then carjacked the victims so the fear
is real.
Bottom line is that the law said she did nothing wrong.
So apparently YOU are the one that only likes the parts of the law
that you approve of.
Keep at that elimination of the second amendment thing you have going.
We'll be holding our breaths waiting for you to get that
done.........NOT.
