   The case you are discussing does not apply to the principles being   
   discussed. Do try to separate the two.   
      
   This is a true statement and has been upheld by the Supreme Court:   
   "The Constitution guarantees us freedom of religion, and equal   
   protection under the law. Any access allowed on public property to   
   secular use, such as a booster banquet, must extend on an equal basis   
   to religion."   
      
   What was done in the case that started this discussion does not, AFAIK   
   meet those parameters
