   Not necessarily bigger, but starting a properly placed fire can indeed help   
   bring a larger more destructive fire under control. Research the term "back   
   fire".....   
      
   Sometimes the answer is using something against itself.   
      
   Certainly looking at the cases where the innocent people didn't have access   
   to their own guns the results certainly weren't an improvement. The very   
   opposite typically.
