XPost: alt.atheism, alt.religion.christian, alt.religion.christi       n.roman-catholic       From: veritas@truth.com              Libertarians do not support child prostitution, and there is nothing in       that article that says they do.       Child pornography produced without the use of children (e.g., by       computer-generated images) does not hurt or infringe on the rights of       anyone. Even the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized as much. We may find       it disgusting, but things are not banned on that basis.              Mel Fury wrote:       > Foul, Subversive AntiAmerican Libertarian Perverts Endorse Child       > Prostitution.       > Is Kiddie Porn Next?       > 1994 National Platform of the Libertarian Party       > We oppose all laws that empower government officials to seize children       > and make them "wards of the state" or, by means of child labor laws       > and compulsory education, to infringe on their freedom to work or       > learn as they choose.
