   You lack a grasp of realities. Traffic cameras are about revenue generation.   
   I won't cite one. Look on the Internet about the thousands of relevant   
   posts. Light timing rigged, increased number or rear end accidents so on   
   and on and on.   
   You comment about rule of Law looks realistic but looks silly once you   
   examine what the real situation is.
