   This year Dream Entertainment Group is excited to present Downtown’s most   
   upscale and diverse New Years Eve VIP experience. The Denver New Years’ Eve   
   Black Tie Party inside of the historic Sherman St. Event Center located at   
   1770 Sherman St. 1,000 of    
   Colorado’s socialites will unite to bring 2014 in with class and style at   
   downtown’s most exclusive All You Can Drink VIP New Years Eve event. The   
   exquisite Sherman St. Event center built in 1907 is an architectural   
   masterpiece and a Denver landmark.    
   The Grand Ballroom is listed on both the National and Colorado Registry of   
   Historic Places.  We will celebrate the New Year with great live music,   
   multiple DJ’s, casino games and a very classy crowd. All you can drink ULTRA   
   VIP tickets will be    
   available but will sell out fast. Convenient overnight parking will also be   
   available directly across the street. If you are looking for a sophisticated

   GRAND BALLROOM   
   The Byzantine themed Sherman Street Event Center’s Grand Ballroom is 7,744   
   square feet of incredible architecture.  Graced by arced ceilings, hand   
   painted motifs, hardwood floors, curving staircases and a 360° mezzanine this   
   Denver event center is    
   truly exceptional.. The ballroom will be the place to celebrate on the main   
   dance floor and the soundtrack will be provided by three very talented DJ’s.   
   DJ 81 Neutronz will provide the Dance Mashup Music. DJ Big Styles will be   
   playing the best Old    
   School classics from the 80’s and 90’s and DJ Topshelf will be spinning   
   the hottest Top 40, Dance/Pop & Hip-Hop/Soul of today. There will be multiple   
   easily accessible standard bars in this area.   
   The Grand Ballroom will also feature Las Vegas style casino games. Guests will   
   be able to choose from multiple Vegas style casino games including Blackjack,   
   Roulette and Craps with professional dealers. All of these games will be   
   provided and no    
   additional cost and will not be played for real money. ULTRA VIP guests will   
   have exclusive access to the wraparound Mezzanine of the Grand Ballroom and   
   enjoy all you can drink cocktails that are easily accessible from two full   
   sized Premium Bars*.   
   VIGGIO THEATRE (Second Floor)   
   Viggio Theatre will be the area for all Live Music lovers. Live music   
   entertainment will be provided by two of Denver’s top bands. The bands will   
   be covering music from your favorite artists to keep you dancing all night. DJ   
   SD will also be featured in    
   the Viggio Theatre keeping the crowd moving in between live sets from the   
   bands. This room will also feature scattered seating areas and minimal wait   
   time at Premium bars.

   Formal wear is encouraged but not mandatory. Please dress with class and   
   style. Black Tie are encouraged but not required. Tuxedo is optional.   
   Music:   
   Vintage 3D will perform original and cover songs in the Viggio Theatre. The   
   DJ’s will be spinning the best of Top 40, Dance, Pop,Hip-Hop/Soul in the   
   Grand Ballroom.   
   Seating:   
   There is open seating for ULTRA VIP guests on the Mezzanine . Scattered   
   seating is available in the Grand Ballroom & Viggio Theatre.   
   DOORS: Doors open at 8pm.   
   PARKING: Parking will be available in the Wells Fargo Parking garage directly   
   across from Sherman St. Event Center. Parking is Included in the price of VIP   
   tickets only. Parking for General admission guests will be available for $10.   
   CHECK IN: Must have your ID to check in with paper tickets. This event is 21+.

   A Shuttle Service is available starting at after midnight. The Shuttle start   
   at the Sherman Event Center and runs a drop offs route to downtown hotels
