   I have some caveats on that "whatever".  For example if it's something   
   that could cause my medical insureance to jump you can't count on   
   my non-interference, or that I will prevent others from interfering   
   with your "choice".  Otherwise other peoples' practices are black   
   box scenarios: if I see X people go into the box and X people come   
   out in roughly the same condition they went in, I don't gotta give   
   a rat whats in the box.
