   Being from Deming, just a stone's throw of 40 mi from Hatch, NM, I have a   
   number of local salsa's that are just as good, though a bit  more or less   
   expensive.

   I used to work at the Territorial House (32 years ago)- not the original but   
   still owned by the same family. They open a fast food version of the original   
   restaurant. OMG they had the bast fajitas, hands down. I wish I had the recipe   
   and  how they    
   prepared them.
