   I do not know why you give the above opinion.   
      
   The troopers did the correct thing.   
   If all they had was speeding, it would be stupid to risk   
   the lives of the suspect, the troopers, and totally   
   uninvolved innocent citizens.   
      
   Between 1% and 3% of all chases end in fatalities.   
   That roulette wheel should not be spun without   
   very good reason.
