XPost: sci.math.num-analysis, comp.graphics.visualization       From: donotreplay@abc.net              I am pleased to announce the release of our software VisuMap 2.0.       VisuMap is a general-purpose visualization software for high       dimensional data. It implements a collection of dimensionality       reduction methods to convert data tables with large       number of columns into 2D and 3D maps.              VisuMap 2.0 is a major upgrade from its previous release. Main       features of this release include:              * Dimensionality reduction methods: RPM (relational perspective map),        Sammon mapping, PCA/SVD and CCA. All methods can now produce        both 2D and 3D maps (new).              * Fast 3D animation that takes advantage of DirectX compliant        graphic card (new).              * Clustering methods: Self-organizing map, K-Mean clustering,        and metric clustering.              * Visualization of influence of data attributes.              * Extensive scripting Interface              * Plug-in interface for native extension (new).              * Importing and exporting data from various formats: CSV, HTML tables,        Database, XML etc.              * Exporting maps to various image formats: JPEG, GIF, PNG, SVG etc.                     Together with this release we have changed our license policy. The       standard download is now free, and it allows access to all features. The       only restriction fro the free version is the maximal dataset size, which       can be removed by obtaining a commercial license.              Free VisuMap installation package can be downloaded at:                     http://www.visumap.net/index.aspx?p=Products              Kind regards,                     James X. Li              VisuMap Technologies Inc.       http://www.VisuMap.net.              [ comp.ai is moderated. To submit, just post and be patient, or if ]       [ that fails mail your article to |
