   My client in Nyack, NY is working on an exciting new product (fully   
   funded) and needs a consultant with experience in AI developer.  We are   
   seeking an individual to help us utilize our AI tool sets and help the   
   chief architect put the entire solution together with the development   
   team.  Knowledge in expert systems, cognitive task analysis, Bayesian   
   networks, neural networks, emergence, machine learning, and truth   
   maintenance systems is required.  The development is being done in   
   Ruby, Lisp and java.   
      
   The client thinks he needs 15 hours / week of consulting at this point.
