   Ted's response reminded me of a product by Subex Systems in Bangalore:   
   Ranger FMS.  I believe it uses some sort of hybrid rules/(and god knows   
   what else) system for telecoms fraud.  Stock price is +85% during the   
   past 52 weeks.
